Community Practices are by donation. Everyone is welcome regardless of financial resources.
In registering for a community practice, you agree to practice the IV Community Agreements and abide by the terms below.
For those that do not respect boundaries and/or exhibit behavior that is not welcome, we maintain the right to refuse service.

Privacy and Confidentiality
We mutually agree to maintain the confidentiality of personal information shared during the session.
If after a group session you want to follow up with someone about what they said, respect their wishes and ask first.

Code of Conduct Violations
For those that do not respect boundaries and/or exhibit behavior that is not welcome, we maintain the right to refuse service. Violations may lead to restrictions on your future participation. Please practice kindness.
Participation Guidelines for Group Sessions
Keep microphones muted during the guided offerings to minimize background noise. There will be a chance to unmute and communicate with Jessica and/or the group during the session.
While not mandatory, using the camera is encouraged to create a sense of community. Feel free to turn it off if you prefer.
Refund and Cancellation policy
Please purchase with care and responsibility. Intuitive Voicing™ does not offer refunds for any group experiences.

Technology Requirements
Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
Sessions take place on Zoom so please download Zoom (it’s free) prior to the session.
The services offered require some basic computer and internet literacy and Intuitive Voicing does not offer technical support at this time.
Environment
Choose a comfortable space to minimize distractions during the session.
Ensure sufficient lighting for your own safety and for the benefit of others if participating in a group session.
Recordings
For sessions where live music and/or meditation is recorded, please allow up to 72 hours after the session takes place to receive an email with the download of your audio recording.
Confirmation
Please ensure you’ve received a confirmation email after your booking. If you can’t find your confirmation email, please contact jessica@intuitivevoicing.com. Before doing so, please check your spam/junk folder to make sure it didn’t travel there first. Many thanks!
